丹尼尔斯坦森事务所荣幸宣布，历时六年，位于杭州钱塘江畔的蜻蜓公园 · 未来停车楼项目终于正式落地并开始投入使用。

Daniel Statham Studio is delighted to announce that after six years of meticulous planning, design and construction, Dragonfly Park · Future Car Park on the bank of Qiantang River, Hangzhou, is finally completed and goes into service.

该项目坐落于秋涛北路和庆春东路交界口，地处杭州市中心庆春广场商圈，建筑面积30, 740平方米，将「绿色停车」 与 「公共空间」 相结合，旨在打造一座集可用停车技术、公共空间、活动空间以及空中花园为一体的建筑。

Located at the junction of North Qiutao Road and East Qingchun Road in the heart of Hangzhou CBD, the 30, 740-squared-meter building area combines "Green Parking" with "Public Space" , aiming to create a building that is a synthesis of available parking technologies, public space, event spaces and hanging gardens.

近年来，汽车正在向着可持续发展和减碳排放不断推进，逐步演化成对环境更加友好的机器。面对特斯拉、谷歌和苹果公司在全自动驾驶及太阳能汽车方面作出的突破，项目业主方相信，新型汽车和现有类型汽车的停放问题值得重新规划思考。

It is no secret the the automobile is becoming more sustainable and reducing carbon emissions, making it a kinder ‘machine’ to the environment. With Teslar, Google and Apple striving towards self driven and electric/solar energy vehicles, the client for our project in Hangzhou has identified that the parking for these vehicles and existing one’s today need to be reconsidered.

未来停车楼的设计旨在迈向未来，在「汽车与城市」之间创造和谐。项目尝试创造一种全新的通勤理念，同时帮助工作或休憩状态下的都市人群解决私人车辆停放的问题。

The design for Future Car Park aims to step towards the future and create a harmony between the "Automobile and the City." It strives to invent the way we commute to urban hubs, and how our ‘personal automobile’ is stored while we work and play.

事务所的设计从一开始就大胆地将汽车堆放在「未来主义塔楼」中。塔楼向上伸展攀升，于高处「 绽放」出露台般的形式，同时容纳娱乐设施和屋顶花园。这种建筑形式仿佛「绿荫华盖」，为杭州夏季的艳阳和降雨提供遮蔽的空间。

The design from the beginning made a bold move to stack cars in futuristic "Towers" that seem to "blossom" into a roof form at higher level, accommodating entertainment facilities and roof gardens. This roof form acts like a "Canopy of Trees" that offer shades from the hot sun and rain.

未来停车楼的建筑结构由此呈现出美妙的公共及商业空间。汽车通过电梯和堆叠系统在塔楼内形成垂直动感。电梯也加强了建筑空间的垂直视觉效果，将人们从低层带至屋顶，尽情享受「公园」和公共空间。站在未来停车楼顶，人们可以从一个独特的视角欣赏杭州的城市风光与建筑内部环境的惬意景致。

Wonderful public and commercial spaces are generated by this architecture. Cars create a vertical animation within the Towers by the lift and stacking system. Lifts also add to the vertical animation of the space by taking people from the lower levels to the roof top, where they can enjoy an additional "Park" and public space. Fantastic views and perspectives of the city and internal environment of this building are experienced.

未来停车楼可谓是一个「停车绿洲」，凭借惊艳的科技手段和「花园乐土」般的的建筑形态，勾勒出汽车这一交通工具的美学概念。在自然和建筑的结合下，未来停车楼变成了一座自然的、可持续的建筑体，大量的自然通风和日光显著减少了全年为建筑供暖和制冷的机械设备的整体数量。

Future Car Park in many ways is a "Parking Oasis" , celebrating the car by breathtaking technology and architecture within a "Garden Paradise". This combination of nature and architecture produces a building that is intrisincally sustainable, with the fusion of abundant natural ventilation and daylight to significantly reduce the mechanical equipment that would have been applied to warm and cool the complex throughout the year.

事务所创始人丹尼尔斯坦森表示：“我们试图从车辆本身和车辆停放两个角度展现自动停车技术，赞美自动停车技术，在不断追求可持续发展的过程中，将自动停车升华为「停驻在建筑中的艺术」。未来停车楼是一个庆祝「人和机器」的空间，为未来城市开创一个更加健康、可持续的环境雏型。”

Studio Founder Daniel Statham suggests, "We have attempted to combine and celebrate automotive technologies in both its vehicular and parked form, in its ever evolving sustainable pursuit and house it as "Art within the Architecture" . It is a celebration of "Man and Machine" in a space for the Future City that makes a statement to create a healthier and more sustainable environment for all."
